The contract includes the management of the complete life cycle of the Infrastructure and IT assets. The support and management of servers, desktops, networking, SAN storage and VMware solution to stringent Service Levels. The management of the service desk calls will be 24x7x365 and in addition Dacoll are also providing ongoing IT Consultancy Services.
