Dacoll, the long established supplier of I.T. services and headquartered in Scotland, has entered into a partner/reseller agreement with Codima Inc. to resell and use its network management toolbox. Whilst Dacoll supplies, installs and supports the critical computer systems that their clients rely upon we recognise the need to develop further capabilities and enhancements to continually improve our service offerings.
The Codima Toolbox, a set of tightly integrated network management applications, allows discovery of infrastructure components, providing asset reports and Microsoft VisioTM drawings automatically. Manageable devices can be monitored, hot spots identified, traffic analysed, alarms triggered against SLA’s, Voice over IP systems stress tested and monitored.
With the Codima Toolbox, Dacoll can now offer our customers the tools required to manage their own networks andto provide consultancy and managed services to help document, manage and test networks. One of the key strengths of the Codima Toolbox offering is its ability to ensure that the network infrastructure is fit for purpose with sufficient quality of service to operate IP telephony systems.
