Last summer South Buckinghamshire NHS Shared Services contracted Dacoll to support all critical hardware across the trust. A further contract has now been awarded to dacoll that supports all of the IT at the Trust's Primary care sites. The contract covers some 80 locations across the region. A major aim is to review the number of calls and deliver a preventative service that will reduce the number of failures and associated costs over the duration of the contract.
