Prime Support Dashboard: A real time monitor of your network’s current status. This highlights via a traffic light system the status of each service. Prime Support pro actively tells us if a service is running out of specification before a failure maximising system availability. Users can drill down with each device to determine the status of each component being monitored.
Portal: Log and manage service calls directly onto our system. The portal provides reporting facilities that allow real time monitoring of performance against Service Levels or specific job progress/ status.
Log A Call: Email a call request to the call desk.
Change Control: A simple means of advising us of any changes of hardware for the contract. Allows users to add, remove or change location of items covered. |
