equipment. Every contract has its own SLA and as soon as you report a
fault to Dacoll the clock starts ticking to get you back up and running
within the agreed time.
Dacoll’s Service Delivery Managers are responsible for over
£1 million of spares stock. It is their responsibility to make sure
that the engineers have the right spares at the right place at the
right time to meet the SLA.
